Changing IT provider in about three weeks
Four steps, in order. You don't need your current provider's help, and the first step changes nothing.
1. A free, read-only assessment
Days 1–3
We review your Microsoft 365 setup, sign-in security, devices, backups and licence spend. We change nothing during the review, and the firm keeps the findings either way.
The assessment covers how people sign in, your Microsoft 365 configuration, the state of your devices and backups, and what you spend on licences. It also notes which vendors you rely on, including your practice management and document management systems.
2. A written, fixed-price plan
Days 4–7
What needs fixing, what it costs and what can wait. If your current setup is sound, we say so.
3. The changeover
Days 8–21
Admin access is transferred, the security baseline is applied and devices are enrolled in stages. Everyone in the firm gets a single page setting out what will be different for them.
Work that would interrupt lawyers is scheduled around them, with court and filing commitments in mind. Devices move to Intune in stages, so the whole firm is never changing at once.
Whichever provider you choose, our printable IT handover checklist for law firms lists what the firm should hold before and after the change.
4. Steady state
Day 22 onward
A monthly report you can read in five minutes, and a quarterly roadmap conversation about what is coming.
The agreement stays month to month. If it stops working for you, a month’s notice ends it, and your records come with you.
Tell us about your firm.
Roughly how many people, what you have now and what keeps going wrong. We reply within one business day with a straight answer, including if we are not the right fit.
